The Eyeball Hat is a members-only land clothing item that is worn on the head. It can be purchased at Jam Mart Clothing during the Night Of The Phantoms and was first released on October 14th, 2010.
Appearance
It is a large eyeball with a strong colored iris. There are three,
large thick lashes at the top off the eyeball. There are
stressed veins at the side. One of the various rare counterparts
has an ebony Iris,with olive pupils, green veins and thick black eyelashes.
